We know what is important. That's why we have developed an innovative overhead system that leaves almost nothing to be desired.
A very small packing volume and state-of-the-art LED technology combined with many functional features make our overhead system an indispensable component in modern motorsport boxes. The lighting system can be dismantled in a few simple steps and can be transported in transport bags as well as in our ML flight cases.
Freely configurable equipment variants, low packing volume
Configure our ML overhead system to suit your requirements. From a simple low-budget version consisting of individual light strands to a fully equipped powerhood system with integrated LED work light, RGB ambient light and a profile-integrated compressed air and power supply, no wishes remain unfulfilled.
With the frame module, even printed fabrics can be integrated above the system.
Basic Module
The basic module can be used as a single light strand or configured flexibly according to your needs. Equipped with a high-performance LED system and a special diffuser, glare-free working with maximum light output is guaranteed.

Total length: 420 cm (incl. mount for truss system)

- Glare-free 24V high-performance LED work light (5100 lm/m and 6000 k)

- Incl. adapter plates with clamps for mounting on truss system
Power Module
Extension module for profile integrated power supply with 230V earthed double sockets.
- Integrated Schuko double sockets on the side, flush-mounted in the profile
- Position of the sockets at the front and rear of the profile ends
- Automatic electrical contact connection when the profiles are plugged together
Air Module
Extension module for profile-integrated compressed air supply with 7.2 mm compressed air outlets.
- Integrated compressed air outlets (NW = 7.2 mm) for working air (max. 20 bar)
- Supply to compressed air plug mounted on top of the profile
- Compressed air connections are positioned at each end of the profile, pointing downwards
- Automatic compressed air connection when modules are plugged together
RGB LED modules
Extension module for additional RGB LED signal or ambient lighting (colored).
- Two additional RGB LED light strands, on the outside to the right and left of the work light
- Control via smartphone app or remote control
- Up to 16.7 million different color variants, automatic color change, dimmable
- On/off switch for RGB light flush-mounted on the side
- Colored lighting, can be switched independently of the work light
- External control as warning or signal light possible on request
Frame Extension
When using two base modules, it is possible to assemble the individual strands into a frame using connecting struts. The flat piping mounts on the connecting struts allow you to install a full-surface fabric covering inside the frame. The fabric is translucent and can be printed in almost any color or with individual motifs. Guaranteed to attract attention.

Planning and conception
Our technicians will be happy to help you plan your individual overhead system. Do you have special requirements? No problem.
We have already implemented a lot for our valued customers - from an external control for the profile-integrated signal lights, to external interfaces for the umbilical cable, to a permanently installed exhaust extraction system, everything is possible.
Graphics and branding
If you have opted for the configuration with a fabric covering, we will be happy to help you with the design. The fabric can be replaced at any time and can also be reordered in different individual designs.
We are happy to take care of the lettering on the crossbar trim for you. Many customers use this exclusive advertising space, which is centrally located above the vehicle, for sponsor logos or start number and/or driver names.
Transportation and logistics
We take care of the ideal packaging concept for your lighting and trussing system.
We manufacture individual transport solutions for you, from a simple trolley for the trusses to specially configured flight cases and padded packaging bags for lighting systems and truss panels.
Purchase of trusses
In addition to the ML overhead system, you can also order the matching truss system directly from us. We will be happy to powder-coat the trusses for you in the RAL color of your choice.
Sophisticated additional components, such as wall adapters, cover plates, TV mounts and a range of special mounts, e.g. for impact wrenches, air lances, umbilicals etc., ensure perfect working ergonomics and a tidy overall impression.
